3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product information, descriptions, and images are accurate and current. Small differences in packaging, labelling, or colour may occur due to manufacturing updates or screen display variations.

All APP The Cleaner products are intended for cleaning purposes only and should be used in accordance with the directions provided on the label. We accept no responsibility for misuse or use contrary to instructions.
 

4. Ordering and Payment
 

When you place an order:

  • You make an offer to purchase selected products

  • We accept that offer once payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email
     

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through approved third-party payment gateways. We do not store or have access to full payment card details.
 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if an error occurs in pricing, stock, or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
 

5. Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom using trusted courier partners. Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout and may vary based on order size and destination.
 

Ownership and risk in the goods pass to you once the order has been delivered to your specified address.
 

6. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund.
 

No Returns on Opened Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the product's inner safety seal has been broken after delivery. This ensures all customers receive sealed, uncontaminated cleaning products.
 

Products may be returned unused with the seal intact within 14 days of delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@appthecleaner.co.uk with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund once verified.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
 

7. Limitation of Liability
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

  • Loss of profits, business, or opportunity

  • Damage resulting from misuse or non-compliance with product instructions
     

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for matters that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
 

8. Force Majeure
 

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or supply chain issues.
